Hi, I am Sashignature /

keeping it real and saying it as it is

I'm not going to have a long post for my trip, just going to summarize it and keep it short and sharp. Well I went to China from 20th to 28 of December and I have to say China is honestly a beautiful country and it has come a long way however I felt that half of the ambience and atmosphere was a bit of a downhill because of the locals themselves. And they just couldn't stop spitting, and it is something which is pretty normal for them. They even spit inside shopping centres and museums that I have to be extra careful to not step on any of the spit marks but there were not even a single rubbish in sight. No litter I promise there were so many cleaners keeping the streets clean .

Don't get me wrong there are people in China who are helpful and welcoming however when you look at the people who are sales staff in street markets or shopping centres such as Pearl Market and Silk Market or the older generation you would know what I mean. The sales staff are harsh, rude and they can be pretty aggressive as well. Which was pretty shocking but I actually got used to it a few days later and I knew how to bargain and get really good picks. Sadly one of the outlets that I shopped at had given me the wrong size for one of my blouses :( But I guess this is something that most tourists go through especially when you can't speak the same language as them :( I visited a few beautiful places such as the Summer Palace, Great Wall of China, Summer resort and many beautiful museums. I took so many pictures and a few video clips but I figured to put them together and I had it uploaded in youtube. So don't forget to check it out as well, which is listed right below :)

Let me just start off by saying that Hong Kong is amazing. It is such a beautiful city and it has so much of a similarity with Singapore there were times that I felt that I was in Singapore.

I was in Hong Kong for a school trip and I was there for 6 days. It was my second time travelling to Hong Kong. And honestly there has been so many changes, positive changes for sure. We had school visits, museum excursions and sight seeing and yes we had a lot of shopping. However I did not shop too much, due to the reason of me being very slow while shopping I did not have enough time to shop however I managed to shop some goodies for really cheap prices ! Sasa stores in Hong Kong is just crazy they have so many outlets and many items that they have are way cheaper than Singapore.

I shopped in other shops as well such as Bourjoris and I went crazy over their nail polishes which were less than a $1 sgd. Honestly I feel that I should have purchased more of them but I just did not have the time and I bought them at Macau.

I bought face masks from Sasa which were only $10 sgd however I purchased so many face masks, so it was definitely a good deal. I bought a wallet and four blouses and outer wear. I had also purchased a body shop gift set as well.

However rather than shopping I spend most of my money on food. The food is so good and it is so cheap. There was a dessert shop right next to my hotel and they were so tasty and cheap. I did  not really take too many pictures of my surrounding as I was busy admiring them in person however there were a few videos that I took and I might be doing them in a small collage and maybe a short mini haul :)

I'll be coming with a new video pretty soon !

Oh my god where do I even start ?!???! I am so happy that I decided to go to the garage sale of Sarah Chaudry that was held in front of her house on 19 October. It started at 1 however I am sure that everything was sold out by 3 pm. My friend and I reached the sale at about 1.15 and believe it or not so many items were already gone. I wanted to get my hands on the inglot eye shadow palettes that she had but sadly it was gone however I was lucky enough to get the inglot lip stick palette. There are 20 shades not all of them are filled however for this whole set it was only $40. So worth it!

She had so many items but I had to control myself from splurging too much as I just came back from Hong kong two days ago. But it was so worth it. I bought a sleek blusher however my friend dropped it accidentally but the colour was too gorgeous to not purchase it. I bought a mac eye shadow for only $10 and it gave an extra dimension. Two glitter pots, one from make up over and the other from Ben Nye however I am not that happy with the Ben Nye gold glitter as it was a glue glitter and it was too watery and it was just not pigmented enough but I am sure I can work it out. And I bought a Physicians Formula bronzer it does not really show on my skin as the bronzer is too light however I use it as a highlighter or over my bronzer for an extra dimension as it has a light shimmer to it. Super gorgeous.

Honestly I am so glad that I decided to go for the sale, even though I wanted to get more items I believe this was good enough and these are definitely items that I have purchased in such a low price. I know for a fact that I can't get a sale like this anywhere else.

INGLOT IS FINALLY HERE

Hey everyone ! Finally.... I mean FINALLY INGLOT HAS ARRIVED TO SINGAPORE !

I'm sure that I am not the only one who travels to JB for my INGLOT cosmetics, staying in the east it has always been a trouble for me. But now that Inglot is situated in Wisma Atria it has become very accessible for not only me but for all of us.

For those who are not really sure about Inglot and has been wondering what is all the hype about, you can click on this link for more info: Information about Inglot  :D

Well Inglot's products are super high quality but in affordable prices. They suit any type of skin tone and any skin condition that you have. They have anything and everything that you would need in your make up collection. And the colours that they have are just amazing regardless if they are lipsticks, eye liners or eye shadows. And they have so much to offer !

When I first entered into was I was so excited and I couldn't wait to swatch the blushers and the lipsticks ! I spend an hour swatching and testing out the blushers and lipsticks and I fell in love with two products, hehehe.  As I already had a Z palette and the duo blush freedom system I just bought a single blush and a lip crayon and the colours are amazing, they are definitely build-able, great colour pay off and it is super pigmented !

And since it was the opening day Inglot had organised a one hour make up lesson with their top make up artist Ela Kocot. And I had to register myself for the make up lesson and I signed up both of my friends as well. Her make up lesson was super fast and she had listed points  that we could use for ourselves. She had even used some of Inglot's new products on the model as well. And I have to say that there was so much of difference from looking at the model before and after the makeover was done.

I would recommend anyone who wants to try out a new brand or always wanted to try out Inglot but never had a chance to this is the time ! What are you waiting for ?! They would be having a 10% off for ALL their products from the 1st to 5th October.

I would be having a short update in my next post on what exactly I bought, I know that it is not a haul whatsoever but I have a tendency of trying out many products and wanting all of them and once I have purchased them I don't really use them and it just sits on my dressing table. So I decided to get what I really wanted first, plus Inglot is in Singapore now ^^
